Danielle Gustafson RYT 200 hoursDanielle started down the wonderful and wonderfully challenging yogic path in 1998. In 2003 yoga became an integral part of her life. For Danielle, practicing yoga not only offers the perfect physical outlet but also allows her to integrate past & present experiences to ultimately become a more spiritual being. Yoga is an open-minded practice that says there is not one way to get to Truth. It gives me a philosophy: some days I feel I understand many things, other times nothing. That's life; that's yoga. The message that I take from this is to find peace and joy in who I am. Teaching yoga allows Danielle to share her passion with others while continuing the ever-lasting path of learning.
Danielle completed her 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher training at the Yandara Yoga Institute in 2006. She's since trained in prenatal yoga, Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga, kid's yoga, ashtanga vinyasa and power vinyasa, studying with master teachers including Manju Jois, Baron Baptiste and Don & Amba Stapleton. Danielle is currently working toward her 500-hour certification with the Nosara Yoga Institute. |
